You are a central link in our efforts to create delivery reliability and world-class quality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and document quality audits of existing and potential suppliers, identifying risks and suggesting actions.
- Ensure that suppliers meet requirements for documentation, traceability, product quality, and relevant standards.
- Work with suppliers to improve their processes, quality controls, and ability to reduce deviations.
- Follow up on supplier performance through key metrics such as delivery accuracy and quality outcomes.
- Support cross-functional teams in the introduction of new suppliers and products as well as improvements of existing products.
Qualifications
- Higher education in engineering, industrial economics, or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality control, supplier development, or similar work, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with quality methods and tools such as Six Sigma, FMEA, and 8D.
- Good understanding of standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001.
- Experience with product launch processes such as APQP and PPAP.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Good business acumen and ability to balance quality, cost, and delivery time.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Willing to travel both nationally and internationally.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to influence and further develop quality assurance in a global, technology-driven, and innovative organization.
- An engaged and cross-functional team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and joint drive are central.
- A role where technology, quality, and business acumen meet – and where your efforts have a direct impact on both products and processes.
- A dynamic work environment where speed, simplicity, and flexibility are key principles and where you can contribute to continuous improvement.
